Epoch Escapes Team Building Package

Escape Rooms create a dynamic, adrenaline pumping, fun environment that naturally lends itself to team building and growth. The game itself calls forth skills like direct communication, strategizing, problem solving, and a high degree of team work. These skills are utilized daily in the work environment. Using them in a different context can be great for a team to practice and learn together. That alone is valuable. However, we believe that adding a level of planning and intentionality to your escape room experience can give your team a competitive edge. By working with a leadership and performance coach both before and after the game, teams will be able to capture the insights and learning from the experience to take back to the workplace where it matters most.
